Seemed like a simple idea, but 4 hous later and I'm no closer to doing this than when I started.

Old computer has Win 98, new computer has Win 2000. I figured I could just copy the .pst file from the old computer and import it into Outlook on the new computer. That kind of worked, but only transferred email from the inbox and the deleted folder. I have additional folders, and some folders inside of folders, with emails in them, and these are not getting imported. I would think that this is a common problem, but in searching Google, I haven't been able to find a solution. This is Outlook, not Outlook Express. Anyone know how I can do this?

The weird thing is, if I go into the new Outlook and go to "Export a file", then choose to export to a .pst file, I can see all of the folders I am trying to import. Looks like it imported them, but I can't see them. So, I might just need help in getting these folders into my Outllok shortcuts.

Make sure that you are exporting the whole mailbox and check Include subfolders... :)
