Moving Itunes library

So what is the easiest way to move the itunes library from a pc desktop to another machine?
will i have to "unauthorize" the machine so that songs that were purchased can work on the new one?

As far as I know, Apple dropped DRM from their music earlier this year. Listening to your music will be as easy as moving the music from one hard drive to another, installing the player, and and telling iTunes where to find your music.
 
You are limited to 5 authorizations per iTunes account. If you no longer intend to use the iTunes account on the older machine, you should deauthorize it before the move.
