Moving iTunes library to new computer.

I am planning on reinstalling XP on my home PC due to some viruses and general slowness.

I have a huge itunes library, with music in multiple folders 🙁

Is there any easy way to keep my library and ratings, playcounts, etc or am I hosed?

I have already backed up my entire C: drive to an external drive.
 
Thanks. I finally got my PC back up and running with a fresh install of XP and last night restored iTunes flawlessly.
