Moving from NF4 to NF500

deadlock

I have been running four hard drives using RAID on my DFI SLI-DR, which is an NF4 board. I am migrating to an NF590-SLI motherboard (Asus M2N32), which also supports RAID.

As both controllers are by nVidia, is it safe to say that my drives will work on the new board if I set up the arrays correctly?

Thanks
R
