Moving Files From XP to Windows 7

I'm ditching the ol' desktop and firing up the new laptop, going from XP to Windows 7 Pro. I need to transfer my files and data. MP3's, Word files, photos, etc are simple enough to move. What has me concerned are emails.
On the XP machine I use Outlook Express for a Comcast email account, several Gmail accounts, and my domain based emails. Is there an easy way to get these accounts over to Windows Live?
Thank you.

See this for how to move from Outlook Express (obsolete program) to Windows Live Mail

Gmail is web based unless you want to use a client like Outlook or similar, in which case you need to specify which email client and then find the instructions to move your mail files over to the new computer. I use Outlook XP on my pc, and I tell it to leave the messages on the server. Some people like to download the messages to a local folder on their computer.
