Moving email, bookmarks.. everything to a new computer.

Just bought a new computer. Is there any easy way to move all my email, bookmarks,
settings, etc onto the new system? Using XP Home on both.

Use the settings and files transfer wizard Start/Programs/Acessories/etc etc
