Moving data from Palm to PocketPC 2003

I have a large amount of data on my current PalmOS based PDA (calendar, tons of basic text notes, phone #s) that I want to move to a Toshiba e755 PocketPC. All the data is from the built-in Palm apps; no third party apps to deal with.

What's the best way to do it? Does anyone have first-hand experience?
I did a search here on AT, but didn't turn up anything specific.

Help is most appeciated

easiest way is to sync your palm with outlook and then sync Outlook with your pocket PC. You may lose some data in the translation, but that will do it for the most part...

Yeah, that sounds like the best idea. I had to do that when I went from Pocket PC to Palm :p

Thanks. That's what I ended up doing.

I was going to go through IntelliSync conduit for GroupWise, but alas, IntelliSync apparently does not work with PocketPC 2003 (per their support staff). Stupid that it doesn't, but for now I'm stuck with Outlook to move data. $60+ wasted until they come out with an update.

This is the first time I wish we were more dependent on Microsoft products at work instead of less. Outlook has many more features than GroupWise, especially when it comes to PDAs - like Notes/Memos (not just PocketPC, but Palm too).
