So awhile ago I bought a second hard drive, and my plan was to have all my media (music/movies/etc) on one (c: ), all my games, programs, and downloading stuff on the other (f: ), and then a partition of the second one (f: ) for windows (g: ). My question is...how do I move windows from c: to g:? Thanks in advance.

It is too complicated, if not impossible, to change the drive letter of your system/boot partition.
The main reason is that there are hard link/pointers to the system partition. All those pointers need to change if the drive letter changes.

You will be better off if you move your C partitioin to the other hard drive and keep it as drive C. The easiest way to do that is to use an imaging utility like Ghost or Drive Image.
