Hey, first time at this site =D

I am trying to move a mysql table from one domain to another, I dont know how...
I've been trying for a while and I'm still not getting anywhere...

I think I have to copy the database to a file, i dont know how to do that.
however, i do know how to add to the database with the file....

also, i need the commands to view the database and all that... please help, this is really frustrating
