should be fine. what matters more i would say is the response times. Games send a lot of little packets to update relative info between participants. What matters most is that thos packets get there quickly.

Wow, for that kinda speed on a cable modem, I'm hoping that you're paying <$20 a month. Is DSL an option for you there?

No what sucks is the 128 up and down will cost 34$ a month. The next tier is 1 meg down, 128 up for 46 a month, then there is 2 megs down 512 up for almost 100$ a month. DSL is very spotty to non existent.
