Just got some good news last night. One of my best friends came back home after livin in Cali for a while. Anyhoo he is looking for a roommate and I said I might be interested. Right now I am living in a piece of chit 2 bedroom house that my friends have dubbed "the crack house". I am mainly living there because I am paying my way through school and it is super cheap rent. But my friend said that we might be able to move into his Grandpa's old house. Now heres the thing...no one has lived in it for almost 6 months and his parents want us to move in so they can keep the insurance going on it. So the rent would be cheap but that's not the best part. The best part is that it is a 4 bedroom, 3 story house in one of the nicer burbs of Seattle. So I will finally be able to have a study/computer room and phat pad to boot! I hope that I don't jinks it by posting here but I just felt like bragging while I am stuck work.
If you don't mind me asking, what's rent going to be?
