Movin' on UP...FaH rising to 41!

We've been slowing a bit lately, but our weekly average can put us near the Top 30 in the end of April...

EDIT: Just did a small stats prediction based on our weekly avg. and in 5 weeks will probably be around the 30th place in the beginning of May.

If we ramp up our colective production to say 2.000.000 points a week we would be in 25th place
 
My duron (which runs F@H) is now overclocked to 920MHz (8x115FSB), and I'm looking at those nice P4 boards w/ DDR (which for a 1.6A P4 + motherboard + RAM should be about $350), and planning to get one once I get a good job during summer break. 🙂
BTW, is the P4 good at F@H, or does it suck at this also like it sucks at ECCp-109?
 
We haven't shifted any, but are poised to leapfrog over 2 teams within the next day 🙂

jlieghty, I think that I've read that the XP has it over the P4, but the P4 isn't that far behind it. By all means get it crunching fah dude, it'll still do good numbers for us! 🙂

You got it! If you have your heart set on a P4 buy it. If you are looking to put a rig together for folding I would guess a 1.2 Duron would probably out fold it from what i have heard. 🙂

On a side note, we've got the go ahead to post some links and an article about fah on the AnandTech DC page. Links are easy, now if one of you fah crunchers can come up with a " what fah is" type of article that we could get put onto the page...in HTML if you can. Any takers? Doh! I just checked the locked thread at the top of the dc forum, with a little tweaking it would work very nicely for us, say, add something about the what types of diseases fah is working at...something along those lines? What do you guys think?
