Movies Clips, Videos,..etc load and distort the screen

Whenever I download a new video/movie from the internet and go to the folder that contains the file, the following happens:

-the comp loads the thumbnail preview pic (completely normal if your folder is set to view as thumbnails)

-Then all of a sudden, my screen becomes distorted with whites lines and everything is enlarged. At this point I am no longer able to see the full screen, only a portion of the file I was in.

-usually the only way to get out of this, is to luckily hit a quick link to one of my full screen games...this will put the resolution to normal and screen will go normal

*Remember this only occurs during the loading of the preview for the thumbnail pic for the video file

Remove and reseat your video card. Uninstall your video card drivers, and reinstall them. Check the Event Viewer log for signs of malfunction/misconfiguration. Post your results back to this thread. :beer:😀
