Movielink?

Bleh. Seems that the service doesn't work with Verizon Wireless Broadband. Keeps just hanging. Using CNet's bandwidth test, I get 409k. Movielink's tech support says I need at least 512k. 🙁

They refuse to do anything until I get 512. Bah. It was a nice dream I suppose. 🙁

Oh, and before trying to download a whole movie I d/l'd a trailer as a test. That went perfectly. The tech support person says "trailers are different. They're streaming video, not downloads." 😕

I used it when there was a free movie offer in Hot deals. Personally, I thought it was fine. I havent used it since, and I probably won't simply because I dont watch movies on my PC. However, I was satisifed with the service that one time.

It's ok. I've used them a couple times when I've gotten $5 free. It'd be way overpriced otherwise.

Movies range in prices, but go as high as $5 for a 24 hour rental, which is far more than a movie download should cost.

exactly...way overpriced. i can go to blockbuster, and get a movie for 4.32, which includes tax.
