Movie tickets now $10.25 in NYC...

Price was raised yesterday by 25 cents.

Why would anyone bother going to the movies anymore when the prices are that high?

I'd imagine that if you live in NY, your wages are paid accordingly to the cost of living.

Thats the thing.. they will keep raising then 25 cents and eventually people will be saying the same thing you are now about the tickets being $20.25 a person.

in manhattan, there is no 'early' show. only in the outer boroughs do you get matinee prices.
