Movie ticket price heist....Grand Larceny?

If you pay an Adult Price, should you not be able to see an adult movie? Extortion?

Maybe adult price of ticket starts at 18..? Then they can vote and see and Adult movie...but not drink...

Kids prices at the movies make it cheaper (thus more attractive) for families to attend. So a reduced ticket price is offered to get them to the concession stand where the theatre makes the real money.
