movie sizing

Hey i have a movie on my computer and i was wondering how to resize it so it's full screen without destroying resolution ... ??? or how to burn it on disc so i can play it on my dvd player since my brother has the real disc in vermont. Thanks guys

First you would have to tell us what format this file is in so then you could probably find a freeware program to edit it but as far as the second part of your question goes you would need to convert the file to an .iso then burn it onto a dvd before you could play it.

DVDSanta will convert AVI to DVD movie to play in a set top player.
