Movie Review - Tsotsi

I thought this was an excellent foreign film. It takes place in Johannesburg, and features a young adult who steals a woman's car, shooting her in the process, and while driving off, realizes he has a kid in the backseat. It was a pretty powerful movie, watching the effect the kid has Tsotsi, who had murdered people in the past. I think the movie illustrates that anyone is capable of redemption.

I saw that a few days ago. it was giving me a WTF moment in the beginning. I thought it was english, so I turned off the caption, but it wasn't.

I like the film. Actually, I was wondering why the hell did he changed so sudden...

Sometimes good people do really bad things. In this movie, I think Tsotsi is a good example of this. I think the child ended up as the catalyst that helped him change his ways. He had a pretty bad childhood, as illustrated by the movie. That never helps.
