ok, after Simon Kinberg replaced Bryan Singer in Xmen 3, I've decided to be more aware of how I vote with my wallet. So I'm going to buy DVD's of good movies and avoid giving bad movies my money as much as possible.

So basically I'm trying to find a comparison chart of how much. Basically I want to create a chart saying $$ profit for the mover per each customer action of:
1) going to the theater
2) renting a DVD
3) buying a DVD
Yes there is always torrents but I'm trying not to break the law here.
