Movie Preview question

I want to go see a "preview" of a movie tonight (The Family Man). I've never been to one before so i have a few questions. It is the full showing, right, just that there is only one time a day you can see it? should i buy the tickets now, because it will be sold out when we get there? (the movie is at 7:30) or can I wait til we get there? Thanks!

Jesus, it's just a movie, the word "preview" hints to the fact that it will eventually be shown regularly at the movies.
