Movie Ideas for Marvel Comics: How about...

How about an ANTI-HERO for once? Anyone remember the X-men's archrivals? There was one guy named "Juggernaut". His character would make a cool villian, like a bad Incredible Hulk. The story line could go around how he's an ex-criminal trying to clean up but ends up having a bad day and goes on a rampage of stomping and kicking things apart. The movie could be how that gang of bad guys (Anyone Remember Their Name?) entices him naively to break things for their benefit. They could introduce a slew of Marvel characters keeping him in line from spat to spat. I don't know, just trying to figure out an anti-hero storyline rather than reviving all these old comic book superheroes... plus nobody ever does superhero movies from the bad guy's perspective.

This is true, but i don't want to touch X-Men, i hated the movies it was done um, fruity =\.... I know the Hulk should be out soon, and they are almost done filming GhostRider (for all you that find this name familiar but can't think of who it is, it is the guy who can transform into a bike riding skelaton with a flaming head often seen withthe hulk, and i believe spiderman aswell) who is obviously a hero... Though i am not a big Punisher fan, i think a Punisher movie would be awesome because 1) action, 2) lots of guns and weapons, 3) bitter old guy who isn't quite all there mentally... and best of all 4) though he is a "good guy" and trys to do good, he does it illegally and often times not the best way making him an outlaw at the sametime..
so madrat what do you think? he is basically both good/bad, would be interesting if you ask me even for a non-punisher man like myself.

and actually i don't remember him being an ex-con ? He was shipped away to military school by his dad so that he would stop messing with the young charles xavier so that the dad can take all of charles's moms money... so then jugernaut grows up all bitter and ends up looking for the um damn i can't remember the stones name.. that transforms him into The Juggernaut.. dum dum dum... lmao.. (remmeber juggernaut is NOT a mutant)

The Avengers would be good, too.

The Submariner has great possibilities.

Skyclad1uhm1, WHOA ! i barely posted thay a couple of hours ago and they already stole my idea, HAHAHHAAHAHA!!!!!!!!
They have already made a Fantastic 4 movie in the 80's, i would REALLY prefer not to relive that memory!!!!!
the avengers would be awesome though!! I have always thought Legion of doom would be nice or um damn i just woke up, brain no working well... The DC version of the avengers with superman as the head, martian manhunter (which has great possibilities on his own), batman wonderwoman etc, but there are too many heavy weights it would be hard to pull off well

Oh yeah, The Hulk comes out next summer.

really? heh never heard of it or saw it =\. I know about Fantastic 4 which was neve released or something? but my cousin has it on tape, and the olddd but fairly good, Captain America movie from the 70's?
On another note, i don't want to get into tv shows but i just remembered teh Flash has a show on channel 5 here way back when. Not many people seem to remember that

Iron Man is going to be a movie.

The Punisher is going to be made. (not the one with Dolph Lundgren)

Captain America is, too.

The Submariner, Prince Namor is scheduled.

Iron Fist is on tap.


BTW, the Flash was a DC comic, not Marvel.

I may have to subscribe to some of these again.

I saw The Punisher with Dolph Lundgren a few times on TV, it was an ok movie. It didn't follow the comics much though.

Edit: It was basically just another 'good guy vs loads of bad guys' movie.

I would say Hercules since he was such a gun ho want to be hero. I know there was a disney cartoon but this would be live action present day.

I saw that Punisher movie with Dolph Lundgren... We could be headed that way in terms of movies if everyone got their own superhero movie.

I guess this can be considered the golden age of movie making comic book heroes into movies. I just hope they don't get carried away with this. The next thing you know is every stupid character that was ever in a comic book is getting a movie. Sorry about that off the subject matter rant.
