This may be a tough one to figure out, but here goes.
This movie was made about mid 90's (I think, may have been earlier). Plot of it is a cemetary caretaker is subconsciously murdering people around town and killing off zombies in his cemetary at night (Not full on must kill them or humanity is doomed style). He has a helper (noggy or some variant) that's fat & bald only says Da and looks like Curly or Uncle Fester. The assistant falls in love with the head of zombie corpse (from what I can remember) Takes place in the UK or maybe Italy. When the caretaker and his assistant try to leave the town they're in, the road just ends and there's nothing, just mist. Drives an older model Citroen (I think, could be an old skool WV Bug memory is hazy on the car) The caretaker and his assistant live/work/whatever in a small house/shack that's in the cemetary. The caretaker is a fairly popular actor, but I can't for the life of me remember his name. Anyone have any idea what movie this is? Thanks.
