Movie help - Cant remember the name of it.

I was pretty young when this movie came out, watched it with a girl and totally frigged up the mood.

It starred Jeremy Irons and he had a twin (obviously played by him as well) and they both become infatuated with this women and what not..they end up doing some drugs, switching places while having sex with her, and more depravity...


Anyone?
