What software can I use (preferrably free, but not free software can be considered too if it at least has a trial) to take two video files and put one on top of another in a small box and have them play simultaneously. The effect is kinda like when they do the news and theres the ancorman/woman in the main screen but a small box (usually a still image) above the person's head that shows footage from the news story. I want that effect except the box has to be moving video too.
I've tried pinnacle studios 8 and windows movie maker but neither can do this.
