movie channels are scrambled ATI AIW

Hi.
Just got ATI AIW card...got my cable connection going but my movie channels are scrambled. Any way to fix this? any software out there, etc??

Actually, some guys put together a NTSC descrambler earlier this year. It was on a Dutch site for awhile but then was pulled off at the request of the ISP. Don't recall the name now.

It only decoded into black and white and did nothing for sound, but it was interesting -- worked great for what it did (first version, too). It's probably been updated by now.
