For #8, it's actually a movie from the late 70's, not the 80's as earlier reported. Campy horrer flick. Difficult to spell (can never get the 'h' in the right place).

#11 is an old classic, most probably haven't seen it, but you can probably guess it just be deducing what is in the picture.

#16, just look at how far the volume knob goes

Still can't get 13 or 19

Well, that got #13 for me. Thanks. Never would have guessed it without that hint, even though it is such a famous picture.
