Moved to new computer - From Firefox 1.5 and XP Pro to FireFox 2.0 and Vista 64bit

Like the topic title says, I am in the process of moving everything to my new system, running Vista 64bit and Firefox 2.0.

I have my old hard drive in this box, and I tried copy/pasting my old profile files over to the new Firefox profile directory, but it is not working for some reason. I really do not want to take the time to re-create my bookmark toolbar and favorites manually.

Any help?

this might be silly, so sorry if it is. But did you overwrite the right profile? When I recently did a similar move, i found a bunch of similar looking directories. So I just kept dumping the files into them till it worked. (I know, its not a brainie idea )
