If you have AutoCAD, I think you can use the extrude command, and give it 8 feet (96 inches) or whatever as a height. The use the 3d vpoint command/menu option to spin the extruded floor plan to whatever angle you like. That will still be a "wireframe" so you will need to use the render command to make the frame have "walls". That won't be perfect, but it may help.
