Moved PC, temps up 12 degrees

My PC was moved from one part of my room to another, and the tempuratures are around 15 degrees celcius higher than before. Im using Everest to see my temps, and the average before moving my PC was 32-35 for the CPU. Now its averaging 47, but only being 42 an hour ago. Its an Intel Celeron 2.6GHz, and I've never seen it this high. My hard drive temp is up from 39 to 42 degrees (Seagate Barracuda 160GB ATA/100). The motherboard is showing 43 degrees too (Dunno socket or brand, from eMachines, CPU is northwood). I know the program might not be accurate, but i've been using this program (its exactly like CPU-Z) to check my PC stats for a while now. To note, besides moving my PC, I also put the side cover on (I have had the side-panel off for the last few months) and used a aerosal can of air to dust off my PC.

Oh, and in the same section, sensors, the voltage values seem really low. Im not sure what to make of the value. +1.5V says .03V and +12V is 3V. Is this bad? Is this the cause of my PC crashing when I try and do really intensive programs (like Photoshop)?

edit: if need some more specs about system, just ask.

haha, naw. I built a new desk (bought from wal-mart), and it wont fit in my closet lol. Im a bit worried to leave it on all night like I usually do, so to be safe, I think I should put it in sleep mode. Its getting late, Ill figure it out in the morning lol.

No, but I think I made a very basic mistake. Bad Airflow. I put it in one of those drawers, like this one (Not the same desk, but same type area; bottom right corner):

However the back of the desk doesnt have anything covering it so the back of the PC is getting outside air. I leave the front door open too, and considering theres no side-duct, or as a matter of fact, a fan in the case (exept for CPU and PSU Fans). Anyways, Im going to shut it down for the rest of the night, and take it out of the drawer thing in the morning to see if that helps lol.

Oh, and temps have gone down for the CPU from 47-50 to 42. Still higher than normal, but better,
