Moved, now internet explorer adds another 'www.' and '.org' to webpages in address bar.

My work moved to a new building 2 blocks away and internet just isn't the same. We use DSL. Everything on the internet is dramatically slower. I assume that we are probably further away and DSL is just slower the further you are.

But the bigger problem is that when a site isn't recognized immediately (due to the slow connection), the websites we enter have a random problem.
[*]The biggest problem and most common is that an additional "www." and an additional ".org" are added to each webpage. Thus www.windowsupdate.com becomes www.www.windowsupdate.com.org and it is always some website with a bunch of links. No one has ever clicked on one of those as we don't trust it.
[*]Sometimes a 404 error page comes up.
[*]Sometimes the real webpage comes up but with all formatting gone. cnn.com and msn.com appear to have this problem the most. A quick refresh and the problem always goes away.

Can any of these symptoms be fixed?

Download Microsoft AntiSpyware and let it run, see if you're infested with spyware. It sounds like it...

Without more knowledge on how your internet system is set up at work I can't really offer much more advice.
