Moved into a Condo and there is a HUGE security light pointed at my bedroom

I just moved into a new building and am leasing a new unit. Mine is on the end and didnt know that at night there is a huge security floodlight pointed at my bedroom (and actually lights up the living room on the top floor as well.

And I mean bright. At midnight I was able to read a book with all the lights off. Is there something I can do about this? I'm going to go buy some blinds, but I have a city view and would like to have my shades open some times and not just see the freaking sun 4 feet away.
