Move unmovable windows, without any navigation bars ?

Hi,

I have a cctv viewer which has no navigation buttons or toolbar or anything.

I want to move it to a different screen.

The only way I have been able to do it is by using multimon app and the shortcut keys.

But this only moves to the same position on a new monitor.

Any other options.
