Move pagefile to Turbo Memory?

Is it safe to move the pagefile to Turbo Memory if the PC already has a SSD for its primary / OS drive and has a 2GB Turbo Memory mini-PCIe card?

Would there be any benefit to doing this? Any downsides?
 
probably best for the OS to decide. I don't think you'll see performance gains moving the pagefile. But you could try it and post your findings 🙂
 
I might suggest that with 8GB RAM, it really doesn't matter one way or another. There is no performance gain regardless of where you put it with that much RAM. You will of course gain back about 4Gb of valuable SSD property in doing so.

The question of Turbo Memory having any improvement on performance historically is a totally different matter eheh
 
Unless you are doing a lot of video processing and editing, you probably are not even using the page file you have. Like was said above - try it and report back.
 
sounds good to me.. i personally only use 1gb static size page file on my ssd and seems fine i dont see why you would need 4gb pagefile with 8gb ram anyway. I agree move it over and report back!
