Miguel laid it down(they didnt have it on video feed) coming out of the bank near the cones, and the handlebar broke off.
He rode the crippled bike back to the pits, but it wasn't a quick fix, so he threw his gloves and went to his trailer.
Miguel seems to have had some problems @ Daytona the last 4-5 years...
I normally go every year but couldn't make it this year...he's yet to finish a Superbike race (although he usually kicks butt with the 600's) it seems!
I think Miguel's too old now to compete with the young fresh likes of the Haydens, et. al.
He's got experience going for him, but I think he's lost the reflexes.
He's seems to go down a lot.
Well, DuHamel had his reflexes working well enough to win the 600 SuperSport race to day before besting all the young guns. Anyone know the condition of Aaron Yates?
