Move outlook express folder to vista home premium

I am confused and frustrating....Ok I took my desktop pc out of storage and hooked up everything fine. So I moved all outlook express folder using tool -> option -> maintence tab then click on change folder to both usb flash and external HDD I check to make sure all the outlook express folder are still there before going to laptop with windows mail and use import but both usb flash and external HDD dwnt show outlook express folder. It was invisable or hidden files I tried folder optopn to check "how hidden folder" but still will not visable on both drives.
How can it still invisiable???? Laptop hates me.

Basically it's because Vista doesn't use Outlook Express but instead uses Windows Mail.
