Move laptop to desktop

A friend gave me a dead laptop yesterday and I have found that the mobo is dead.

Anyway I want to move the good parts to a itx board. I have a Pentium 4 m socket 479(no clue what speed), 2x256mb DDR2100 laptop sticks, and a 2.5in' 60gb HD.

I was wondering if there is a low cost mobo, case, and psu to run these parts as a linux rig.

If they are discontinued I don't mind hunting I just wanna know if they exists.

Mini itx setups are pretty expensive for the performance you get. I'd sell off what you can and start over, possible with a micro atx case if space is a problem.
