Didn't even notice that. Made zero difference to me.

At first it looks real and like a damned funny prank. The guy is beside himself. But then they go outside and the front of the house and the entire neighborhood have the same treatment, and now it's looking like the whole thing is staged. How'd the guy get into the house without noticing that the house and the entire street are fake?

They do indeed build like that in Japan, and I rented such a room for 3 months...no issues (though previous tenants had ripped some of the paper).
