Move from Intel G2 to Intel 510 SSD, migration help

So I'd like to upgrade my drive to one with a larger size.. Is there any way to do this seamlessly without having to reinstall windows? I've got a lot of OS customization I dont want to lose.

Current hardware

X25-M G2 80gb

Desired Hardware

Intel 510 256mb

Intel has a Data Migration Utility which is a free version of Acronis for your SSD. It'll clone the drive and can extend your partition to fit the larger SSD, which is what you want.
