Move exchange contact to google contact on Android?

I accidentally saved my friend as an exchange contact. My exchange account is my work contact list, and google is for non-work. I looked on my HTC ONE and I can't figure out how to switch him over from Exchange to Google. Anyone know where this setting can be found?
