I am retiring a 9 year old pc with 2 drives in it. Both drives are about 2 to 3 years old. One drive is the "c" drive with the os and other software on it. Second drive is just used for storing files, etc.
When installing the old "C" drive in the new pc,,, do I have to do anything different or change anything during the install? Once the old "C" drive is installed I want to let it run for a while then after a few weeks just use it for more storage. Both old drives are 1tb.
Since it has been a while,,, I need some pointers on what to do. The physical moving of the drives is easy. But doing the software changes, etc. is my weakness and where I get lost.
Oh,,, o/s on the new pc is win 10
Any and all help is needed.
Thanks

Just make sure the new computer continues to use the new drive to boot from and not the old drive you added (although this generally isn't as much a problem with Windows 10). As long as that's straight you you be ok.
