A message popped up out of the blue, evidently by Windows 7, giving me a two button shortcut to move the current window to the alternate monitor. I've forgotten it. Doing searches I see that the Windows key + Shift + [right arrow or left arrow] will do it but this one was just two keys IIRC, and it toggled so the same combo worked both ways. What was it?

I'll have to remember that, haven't been using my extended desktop that long personally.

Aha! It just happened again, a little window popped up that explains the shortcut. It may just work with Thinkpads, i.e. laptops with the Fn key. It looks like this:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Full Screen Magnifier in Multi-Monitor mode
---------------------------------------------------------------

You can move the active window from your primary display to your secondary display / projector by pressing Fn + Space.

[OK]

---------------------------------------------------------------

Yup, it works, and the key combination is a toggle! Nice.
