I take it you drive a manual and constantly hang the spinning toothbrush like a strange cigar from your mouth.

A dentist will tell you to NOT was your mouth out after using an antiseptic mouth wash. The longer it is on your teeth and gums the more germs it kills.

my dentist told me to use mouth wash BEFORE I brush. She said it makes removing plaque easier if you do.

Why don't you guys actually read the directions on the mouth wash? It tells you what EXACTLY you need to do.

Same here. Mouthwash BEFORE I brush. So naturally, the stuff will be rinsed out during the brushing/spitting. Either way, mouthwash gets the stuff that brushing won't.

I don't rinse with water - I tend to think that by not doing so, I let the mouth wash "set in" after swishing around.

Because sometimes I'll rinse in the middle of the day, just to "freshen up", like if I'm about to go out or something, and I realize my breath is a little stale, I'll use some mouthwash to help me out. 🙂

haha the direction didn't tell u whether u should rinse it with water or not ..
and the are saying this stuff is poisonous , and do not swallow..
