Too bad. He probably was expecting to be executed and go to heaven and have virgins serving him. Instead of him being the virgin served up to the general prison population.

No, of course not, but from the information I have been able to gather considering appeals and death row stays being very lengthy it is actually cheaper to keep someone in jail for life. I am not sure how this applies to Federal cases though.

Taunting like this should have gotten him death. Normally I'm against the death penalty in cases where guilt is in question as many people on death row have been exonerated by DNA and witness retractions. But this case is a no brainer. Hell if I were in that court room I'd have a real hard time not jumping over railing and trying to rip his throat out. I hope in prision he get slow toture for about 5 years before he dies of internal injuries and bleeding though his broken teeth.

Doubtfull..even the original conspirators cut Moussaoui out of the plan because they thought he was unstable.

He's claiming it was a victory because he didn't get the death penalty. I'm sure he would've claimed it was a victory if he did get the death penalty. I hope the guards and his fellow inmates enjoy him.
