Mousepad with Gel on the wrist......

I use a separate gel wrist pad since I have a ratpadz. I find it's more comfortable since I tend to mouse around with wrist movements rather than moving my entire arm.
 
I bought one recently after I started feeling pain in my wrist from sitting on the computer all day. It definately helps!

I should probably pick one up for the keyboard as well, cause my wrists still hurt a little.
 
i bought one a while ago but i didn't like the mousepad itself or the gel pad height so i simply put another mousepad on top of the built in mousepad.
