Mouse tape.

Got some mouse tape free with a razer boomslang. I've never used this stuff before, is it worth it, have i been missing out on this great thing for all these years ... or is it a waste of time?
 
Is it the teflon mouse tape?

I have tried a lot of stuff like that, the issue I had with the tape was that it kept wearing out really quickly, of course I use low sensitivity and move the mouse like a mad man. In the end I found out that a lot of really good players don't use anything like that and I found that using that stuff did not really help me personally. I have heard of people that have said it's helped them but it didn't really help me
