Mouse stuttering

So my mouse intermittently stutters randomly both on the desktop and in games.

I have switched mice (Logitech G700 to G602) and tried everything I can think of to no avail. Reformatted HD, CPU usage is in range ~35% during Starcraft 2 gaming.

Mice don't have drivers beyond control software right?

It's driving me nuts!

Intel 2500K @ 4.16 Ghz
8GB Ram DDR 3
Z68 1151 Mobo
120GB Samsung SSD
Radeon 290X

Do your best to place the wireless usb transmitter/receiver as close to your mouse as possible!
If your LCD display comes fitted with usb ports, connect the usb receiver to your LCD screen!
If not, then look for some dirt cheap usb cable like this one:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16812816075
and place it as close to the wireless device(mouse) as possible.
