Mouse "sleeps" very quickly

For some reason, my Logitech mouse is suddenly freezing very quickly, and I have to click to reactivate it. It's going into sleep mode or something to that effect after 10 seconds or less of no action, and this happened randomly a few days ago. I have all the logitech drivers installed but haven't changed any settings.

Any ideas? Thanks!

It's a Cordless Click! Plus. Thanks for the link, I'll check out the forums but would appreciate the suggestions. I'm using the "Set Point" prog for settings (which I haven't really adjusted).

it probably keeps going inactive to save battery power
try picking up a mouse like the mx500 or mx518 if you want one with a "no sleep mode"

"Buy a new one"... yeah, thanks.

The mouse has been working fine for months. This problem is recent.

The problem is recent because those things arent of the same quality as the others.
They wont last for years and years with no issues.
