Mouse sensitivity changes with every other program

Basically, the only thing that has changed is my mousepad. I recieved the fUnc130. Now something that I've been noticing now is that when certain programs are active, say AOL IM or BSPlayer for example, I notice my mouse sensitivity changes very very low. I tried seeing things in Mouse Properties, but the settings don't seem to fluctuate, only the performance itself.
