What do you think?

Sorry if you seen this posted in one of the other fourms here by me. I dont WTF is going on, it started last night when I booted my PC up my mouse curser didnt appear in windows XP. I had to use the keyboard to restart my PC. Sometimes I have to reboot my PC 3-6 times in order for my mouse curser to show up in windows. I dont know if its hardware or software related. Ive tried 2 differant mouse both Logitect Eye. My PC has ran great the past 2 weeks till now?

Epox 8KHA+ (BIOS N+)
1.4 T-Bird @ 1.5 AYHJA-Y
2-256 DDR 2100 Crucial
Windows XP

Thanks!

Have you downloaded the latest drivers for your mouse? (Logitech has released at least two driver updates since XP came out.)

My Logitech cordless optical works fine with XP Pro. (Using the latest drivers.) On the other hand, a friend of mine has an older Dell and he has problems with his Logitech mouse since upgrading to XP. Updating the drivers hasn't helped in his case so, if you find a solution, please post it.

Are you using USB? Im using the adapter for the PS2 and didnt think i would need drivers if using a PS2 adapter? I go check them out anyways and thanks!

Hey Dan,

Well I just installed the new drivers and I rebooted my PC twice and it seems to be cured! I also noticed upon booting my PC the red light inside the mouse lit up as XP was loading were as before it didnt when it didnt detect the mouse before. Lets keep our fingers crossed! 😉

BTW..Thanks! 😀
