Mouse not working in UEFI...?

did you put the mouse in a usb 3 port when it's a usb 2 mouse? sometimes that screws it up.
Are you suggesting that USB3 isn't 100% compatiable with older versions of USB, or that the chipset used to provide USB isn't following the spec 100% and as such isn't backwards compatible?

On your rear I/O panel, the USB 3.0 ports are the two blue ports next to your LAN cable port. All the rest of the USB ports (red & black) are USB 2.0.
